How to top up your BRINGERS wallet with Sham Cash, step by step
You pay on BRINGERS from your in-app wallet. Here is how to top it up with Sham Cash, and what happens to your order amount from the moment you order until delivery.
Customer guides On BRINGERS you pay for every order from your in-app wallet: a prepaid balance in Syrian pounds that you top up with Sham Cash.
Top up in four steps
- Open “Wallet”, then “Top up”, and enter an amount within the limits shown in the app.
- A Sham Cash invoice appears with the payment address and amount. It is valid for 15 minutes.
- Pay exactly that amount from the Sham Cash app to the address shown.
- Enter the transaction number and tap “Check payment”.
If you paid and the balance does not appear, we reconcile invoices automatically at intervals. If it takes too long, open a help ticket with the transaction number.
What happens to your money when you order
- The order amount is held from your balance the moment you order, so it cannot be spent twice.
- It is captured only when the order is delivered.
- If the order is cancelled or cannot be delivered, the full held amount returns to your wallet immediately.
Quick questions
Do I pay the captain cash? No. App orders are paid entirely from the wallet.
The invoice expired before I paid? Create a new one, and never pay an expired invoice.
Can I see my activity? Yes, every movement appears under “Activity” with its date and reason.
