Restaurant guide: from join request to your first order on BRINGERS Stores
What your restaurant needs to appear on BRINGERS, how your store is set up, and what the BRINGERS Stores app gives you from day one.
For stores If you own a restaurant and want your food to reach customers in your area, here is your journey with BRINGERS from the start.
1. Prepare your details
- Your full name and a Syrian phone number.
- Your city, the restaurant’s name and type of business.
- Anything else you want us to know.
2. Send a join request
Before launch, message us on our official pages. After launch, the “Join us as a restaurant or store” request is available inside the BRINGERS app.
3. We review and set up your store
The BRINGERS team reviews your details, then creates your store and links it to your phone number. You don’t open a store account yourself.
4. Start receiving
Sign in to BRINGERS Stores with your number, get your phone ready under “Sound & alerts”, then set up your menu.
What you’ll find in the app
- Never miss an order: the phone rings until you open it, even when the app is closed.
- A clear reply window: a countdown on every order, rejections with a reason the customer sees, and “Need more time”.
- Your menu, your control: edit prices and descriptions with a history of every change, and “Sold out today”.
- Hours and busy times: pause orders or switch to “Busy” for a while.
- Earnings: transferred to your saved Sham Cash account, at the published minimum and weekly schedule.
Commission and fees follow the agreement with each restaurant.
